Kusiorcco Project

The Kusiorcco project refers to the porphyry copper-skarn mineralization located within an irregular array of 11 exploration concessions totaling 3,862 hectares at an elevation of 4,600 meters. It is in close proximity to Hudbay Minerals' Constancia project, the historical Katanga Copper Mine and the Monte Rojo project of Vale. The porphyry copper mineralization occurs within a large monzonitic porphyry intrusive. Approximately 60% of this intrusive is in Panoro's property.

On January 8, 2018, Panoro announced the completion of Sale of Kusiorcco Project to Hudbay Minerals for up to US$5 million plus a 2% NSR Royalty.

Hudbay Minerals has indicated that the Kusiorcco project exploration is planned targetting resource definition for future feed to the Contancia Mine.
